The IsoRock GR3.1 stands have been designed to significantly increase the performance capabilities of the excellent Anthony Gallo Acoustics Reference 3 and Reference 3.1 speakers.  The IsoRock GR3.1 stands incorporate many technologies, materials and construction methods developed for our award winning IsoRock, Little Rock and patented Big Rock anti-vibration platforms.

Over thirty layers of various high-tech materials have been developed for the IsoRock GR3.1 stands.  High density and medium density polymers, several different polymer adhesives and multi density fiberboard are combined in a constrained layer damping technique.   The non resonant primer and anti resonance top coat act in concert with the sophisticated internal construction to provide an extremely inert structure and a stable mount for the Gallo speakers.  Raising the height increases the already excellent imaging and soundstaging capabilities of these phenomenal speakers.  The central chamber of the IsoRock GR3.1 stand can be filled with sand or shot which provides extremely high mass and additional resonance absorption.  The added benefit is that the Gallo Reference speaker  / IsoRock GR3.1 system will also have a much lower center of gravity.  The sonic benefits are evident in all areas of performance - especially increased dynamics, coherence and superior pace and rhythm. 

The ingenious design of the IsoRock GR3.1 stands allows the original Gallo spikes to be transferred to the bottom plate of the stand where custom imported inserts allow precise adjustment and leveling.  The new bottom plate also spaces the spikes further apart for increased stability.

The interior of the IsoRock GR3.1 stands uses a staggered construction with special internal structures.  These structures always maintain contact of the top plate with the sand/shot filling.  Any other stand that has a simple hollow interior that is sand filled will lose much of the benefit when the sand inevitably settles over time.  Not so with the IsoRock GR3.1 stands.
 
Using the IsoRock GR3.1 stands with the Gallo Reference speakers will achieve State Of The Art audio reproduction in audio and home theater systems.
